Each horse is carefully planned out with their own special needs and a plan of care provided and discussed with owner on frequent bases

​Dry lot paddocks with new shelters
Turn out is at least half the day but we try to keep them out as much as possible pending weather and special needs
Small herd turnouts. Usually 2-3 per pasture
Hay 24/7 (depending on horses needs)
Stalls are fully matted
Fly masks/winter blankets placed if provided and horses are trained properly with blankets
Fly sprayed twice daily with owners supply
Safety fans in the summer
Heated water buckets in most stalls in winter
 12 x 25 tack room in process of being finished on inside
Wash area with on-demand gas hot water
Full course of jumps available
Outdoor grass small dressage arena

Buffalo Creek runs along entire side of the property for those guests wanting to cool themselves down and never any flooding here!
